Fixed Contract

The current market is easy to name the advantages of working with a fixed contract. Finding and retaining staff is difficult, on a temporary basis this can be a culprit that no staff will come at all or that the turnover is high as they are looking for more security. Through secondment, both the employee and the company have more certainty that it is a long-term placement.
